Northwood is exclusively focused on partnering with growing healthcare services companies. We have significant flexibility in the structure of our investments and can tailor our investment to fit the needs and desires of the company owners and management. We primarily invest in provider software and outsourced services companies that deliver a more cost effective, higher quality or more clinically efficacious service as well as provider businesses in highly fragmented sectors where there is the opportunity to build a market leading company. We prefer to partner with founders and company owners.
